testing vs assuranceThere are many questions and posts that i have been through on if testers role has diminished with agile mode of delivery coming into play and if agile teams should be capable of not just developing but  testing their code. While this may sound great in theory, my experience working with developers and software testers tells me testing is a skill and cannot be left to a team of developers to test their code.
