Yes Agile manifesto mentions “Individuals and interactions over processes and tools”, there has been many software’s helping development teams meet that very end.

Microsoft Team Foundation Service(TFS), the collaboration platform for software development teams is now available for full production use. Microsoft Team Foundation Service is the Cloud version of Team Foundation Server that can be accessed anywhere anytime from Microsoft's suite of developer tools, including Visual Studio Express for Windows 8, Desktop, Phone 8 and Web. The service is available for free for teams having 5 users or less and for those having MSDN licenses. Till the pricing plans are announced, in early 2013 everybody can enjoy the benefits of TFS for free and upgrade as per their needs once the formal plans are announced.

Serena Software has conducted a survey of IT professionals that focused on the current state of agile software development, the results of which came to light today. The research centered on what is working with regards to agile development methodology, the extent of agile adoption in enterprise IT organisations today, biggest challenges and more. The key findings revealed that development teams have united on agile practices, but lack the communication with customers, operations and other development teams, which slow projects and agile success.

Teambox which was available till now under the Affero GPL 3 license, the code for which can be found in Github has been totally reinvented after it crossed 150.000 as Teambox4. Teambox4 which was in beta phase till now, has been officially released few days back. The commercial Teambox version 4, which is no longer open source is built to serve millions of users and supersedes its previous versions in terms of speed and ease of use.
