With the innovation around most of the people wish to create something of their own, be it a product or a service. However the biggest challenge is to get to the word "Go". Once you start it, what i do realize is there is a cycle that no matter what, one has to go through before a business starts clicking. Patience and Passion are for sure required in abundance to really come through this cyclic phase.

Writing posts on agile and technology is one thing but being a nearly 40s, its an age where you also do some soul searching or in other words put some thoughts to find out your identity. Agility in an enterprise has been a major challenge with almost all the innovation in the industry coming in the same decade in form of cloud, big data, agile principles, mobility and social space. While some have embraced them quite well, most are struggling in such transformation to become an agile enterprise. Its essential to tune the mindset of individuals, organizations and enterprises on what it takes to be an agile enterprise.
Being in software industry for over 20 years and working as project manager for few years, it is interesting to see how software tools help in day to day organisation and implementation of software.
