Just when i thought the buying spree will end somewhere from Oracle, it seems to have just started this year. Oracle now acquires substantially all of the assets of Skire, a leading provider of capital program management and facilities management applications available on the cloud and on-premise. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and approvals and is expected to close in the second half of 2012.
