Ericsson Helps Quality Check Apps And Devices On Live Network Before Launch

EricssonEricsson the world's leading provider of communications technology and services, today announced a service called Device and Application Verification Service for device and application vendors. Via this service vendors will have access to live network and ericsson’s automated verification tools using which they can speed up QA process of the apps and devices and make sure it complies with regulatory, international and specific network requirements even before launch.

A service of this kind would be highly appreciated by device and app vendors as they can ensure a seamless user experience much before the actual devices and apps land up in the hands of the end users. Using the services even M2M products and customer-premises equipment can be verified.

With the offering Ericsson has made an attempt to improve collaboration between vendors and network operators so that the networks become device friendly and devices become network friendly and solutions to the real world can be taped out quickly.
