Blazemeter CloudBlazeMeter was founded with the goal of making it easy for everyone to run sophisticated, large-scale performance and load tests quickly, easily and affordably. True to its goal, Blazemeter is working to make its product available to more number of people with some useful features.

BlazeMeter, provider of the JMeter based load testing cloud, today announced the release of its plug-in to the open-source Apache JMeter software. Now developers can reap the benefits of BlazeMeter’s commercial grade analytics tools as part of their JMeter desktop software with no extra cost. BlazeMeter’s new JMeter plug-in allows JMeter users to easily integrate BlazeMeter’s advanced cloud-based reporting and test management tools directly on their JMeter desktop software and view reports in a hosted cloud application provided by BlazeMeter.

What it means for JMeter users is that they will be able to compare reports, metrics and KPIs using an advanced analytics hosted in the cloud. BlazeMeter is extending its cloud-hosted test management solution for free to all JMeter users who download this plug-in. You can get started with the JMeter plug-in here. Blazemeter recently came up with performance load testing for facebook apps.

Alon Girmonsky, Founder & CEO of BlazeMeter said “These powerful analytics tools help developers compare reports, metrics and KPIs, easily collaborate to fix bugs and quickly bring applications into production. With the new plug-in, all test related data is automatically uploaded to a hosted cloud application. Developers can view and compare test results with previous test runs. They can share their reports with co-workers and save them for further analysis at a later time.”
